These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Ventrocity. By creating an account or using Ventrocity, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Ventrocity. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Don’t impersonate others or create an account on someone else’s behalf. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Ventrocity has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior.You agree not to post, send, or share content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, exploitative of minors, violent, or that infringes others’ rights — and you agree not to harass, abuse, spam, or harm other people on the platform.
Accounts that violate these standards may have content removed and may be suspended or terminated. There is no appeal for serious violations (such as content that sexualizes minors), which we also report to the appropriate authorities.
Every member can report content or people and block anyone. We review reports and act on them — typically within 24 hours — including removing content and ejecting users who violate these Terms. If you encounter objectionable content or an abusive user, please report it in the app or email support@ventrocity.com.
You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant Ventrocity a limited license to host, store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service (for example, showing your posts in others’ feeds). You’re responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the rights to share it.
Ventrocity uses AI (“Think” and matching) to help you connect. AI output is generated automatically and may be imperfect — treat it as a helpful starting point, not professional advice. Your private inputs are processed by third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can stop using Ventrocity and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk or harm.
Ventrocity is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventrocity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Connections and introductions are made at your own discretion; meet new people safely.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We’ll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
